I f in your next stay at Holbox Island you have three hours to spare, don’t hesitate and take the Island’s classic three-point tour, since it is the best way to get to know the most representative sites at Holbox Island. Isla Pajaros (Bird Island Sanctuary) It is a natural bird sanctuary for migrat- ing species that come to the peaceful island to nest and lay their eggs. You can not actually set foot on the isle but you can take amazing photos from the bird watching tower that was built right on the edge of the isle. Passion Isle This is a small Isle located at a very short distance from Holbox Island. It has a nice bird observatory and some very nice virgin beaches to enjoy the sun and the sea. Yalahau Often referred to, as a Cenote is actu- ally a pristine fresh water spring.
