iHolbox Pocket Guide Book Spring 2021

Olly Olly oxen free for the iHolbox crew and me! The tourist industry was seriously affected during 2020. The pandemic turned the world upside down. The unexpected happening of Gamma, Delta, and, Zeta hurricanes brought difficulties that became fatal for many businesses which had to shut their doors permanently. 2020 in Holbox was crazy for the economy, but not for nature. The global isolation gave the Yum Balam reserve a big break and brought long-lost sights, going from the gigantic devil rays at the shores of Punta Cocos to the American crocodile below the pier. The bird's chirping kept us company during the long-lasting months of captivity and warned about the coming hurricanes that forced us to leave our homes. But the rainbow comes only after the storm. 2021 fuels us with hope. In this new iHolbox digital issue. Our digital issue transcends borders and paper. We are infinitely grateful for our sponsor's unwavering trust and hope our readers enjoy iHolbox 7. Pedro Méndez Managing Director Isabel Márquez Art Director and Editor iHolbox Magazine • 7
