The coffee harvest that is brewed in Clandestino comes from El Espinal, Vercruz, and this year has been awarded with the Cup of Excellence, recognition granted by the Mexican Coffee Association (AMECAFE) to the best coffee harvest of the year. The brewers are true masters of the roasting and distilment of this ances- tral beverage.
